Suzuki Sport Bikes

Sport bikes differ from other types of motorcycles by better performance, while comfort and economy may not be that great. Suzuki is one of the manufacturers that have an impressive heritage of these machines.

A Brief History

The GSX1100S appeared in the European market in 1980, and in one year it hit the American and Canadian markets. The machine was really revolutionary for the sportbike world at that time.

The GSX-R750 was produced by the manufacturer in the 1980s. It was a modern, lightweight air/oil cooling vehicle with a pretty powerful engine.

Another interesting machine produced in the 1980s was the RG250 Gamma. It was the new generation sport bike featuring an aluminum frame, powerful straight-twin, as well as a full fairing.

GSX 1300R introduced in 1998, was a 1299cc machine that remained the fastest machine for the 1999 and 2000 model years.

The Suzuki TL1000S street machine was first shown at Motorcycle Live in 1996. It was the first sport bike by the manufacturer equipped with a V-twin engine. The production of the motorcycle discontinued in 2012. The engine of this vehicle was also used in many other Suzuki products, including the TL1000R, the SV1000, and several others.

The GSX-250F Across is a machine that was produced for eight years starting from 1990. It was a practical machine, thanks to rear petrol tank as well as a specially-designed area to store helmet.

The Most Popular Sport Bikes by Suzuki

The Suzuki GSX-R750 is a motorcycle capable of producing 130 hp and 59 lb-ft of torque. The manufacturer manages to combine the impressive power along with a smaller chassis.  The street machine is available in several colors, including Blue, Yellow, Black and, White.

The Suzuki GSX-R600 is a 600cc 4-cylinder engine middleweight sportbike. It comes with valve-lift profiles borrowed from MotoGP and many aluminum details. Its front fork and rear shock are adjustable. The vehicle comes with electronic rider aides.

The 2017 Hayabusa (GSX1300R) street machine comes in the interesting color scheme. It is considered one of the best and faster machines available on the market, which comes with the 1,340cc inline-4 engine.
