Description

It is essential to mention that the Quadster has been developed by Gruter und Gut. They are initially a professional tech fabrication outfit from Switzerland. They are principally responsible for introducing the GG Quad to the US market. There's no denying that the R-series BMW Boxer Twin was the pioneer in this aspect.

GG Quadster ATV

Although the original boxer motor of Quad cranking up 85 horsepower, the latest Quadster gets a considerable boost at 167 HP. To put this into perspective, the horsepower metric of Quadster is at par with the K1200S sports bike. To put it simply, the industrious machine is expertly installed into a wheelbase that is three inches longer. This effectively contributes to a massive turning circle, needing several steering supports.

Adventure& Adrenaline

For an astute understanding of the functioning of the Quadster, it's essential to discuss how to kick it off. The driver can fire off the vehicle with a control interface elevated from the K1200S. This is further coupled with a traditional wacky BMW switchgear and comprehensive instrumentation. There's also a new toggle switch near the handlebar's steering stem, which could be unknown for most people. This toggle contributes to acting as the actuator for the vehicle's reverse gear.

Motor

Once you take the Quad out of the parking space, you begin to realize its true potential and experience. The Quad has been skillfully developed with an 1157cc four-cylinder motor which adds a light flywheel effect to the vehicle. There's no denying that the Quadster reacts seamlessly to the driver once it is on the road. The Quad can run uninterruptedly above 25 mph. Drivers can reach 0-60-mph as soon as 3.5 seconds.

Grip

There's no denying that tire-gripping is spectacularly essential when it comes to the Quadster. The vehicle is richly blessed with a fine grip due to the presence of

four fat gumballs at each corner. Moreover, the Quadster also features 245/35-18 rear tires for optimizing the traction against the powerful engine. Then again, the Fronts are 205/40-17s, one inch taller and 10mm wider than the original Quad.

Braking System

There's no denying that the Quadster is already well-stocked with advanced machinery and skillful engineering to produce a genuine driving experience. However, the brake system in this vehicle puts the feather on top of the cap.

The brakes in this vehicle consist of six 4-piston calipers- no less than the industry standard. This is further coupled with a pair of two-piece billet clampers for each 270mm floating front rotor when it comes to the functioning from the front brake lever; it is beyond satisfaction and works as per precision.
