Description

It is essential to mention right at the beginning that the Sachs MadAss is not much of a scooter- rather more of a minimalist motorcycle, at least that what it states on the Sachs marketing materials.

For a comprehensive understanding, the Sachs motorcycle manufacturing outfit was initially founded in Germany back in the late 1800s, essentially making it the most ancient active motorcycle company globally. Historically they are famous for providing the German Armed Forces within the 1990s. However, in the modern-day USA, Sachs is best-known for supplying components like suspension pieces.

Sachs MadAss 50

There's no denying that efficiency is on full display when it comes to the Sachs MadAss 50. All the features and the bits and pieces are seamlessly interconnected for specific purposes. Moreover, the swing arm offers mounts for passenger pegs, whereas the frame is the fuel tank.

Overview

For an intelligent understanding, MadAss is all about keeping things simple and to the point. Previously, other manufacturing companies have overburdened their bike models with unnecessary stuff due to their customers' never-ending thirst. Moreover, MadAss only offers the essential bits so that there's little scope for any flaw. As per the industry experts and motorcycle enthusiasts, there is minimum to no imperfection on the MadAss.

Comparatively speaking, the MadAss 50cc shares similar acceleration levels to that of a Kymco Agility 50cc or Honda Ruckus. This is a four-speed motorcycle with a clutch operated by a lever on the left-hand control.

Features

To put it simply, the Sachs MadAss is skillfully developed as a small elemental motorcycle. Generally speaking, it comes with a conventional motorcycle layout. Moreover, the fuel tank is installed in between the rider's legs. Then again, it has a foot-shifted four-speed manual transmission with a chain getting power to the rear wheel and a hand-lever-operated clutch when it comes to the engine; it is an air-cooled 49.5cc four-stroke fed by a carburetor.

A single hydraulic fork covers the front suspension more on the vehicle's build, whereas an adjustable mono-shock handles the rear. It is essential to mention that the bike also features disk brakes front as well as rear. Additionally, the motorcycle comes with a 90/80-16″ tire in the front and a 120/70-16″ in the rear. The fuel tank capacity is about 1.3 gallons, with a seat height of 33 inches. Lastly, the bike weighs about 187 pounds.

From an aesthetic point of view, the stacked headlight contributes enormously to both the looks and the performance. Moreover, the dashboard is digital, making it easier for the rider to read numbers even in the sun. The dashboard contains one speedometer, one trip meter, the fuel gauge, and indicator lights for indicating the turn signals, high-beam, and neutral. In addition to this, the motorcycle features a "dual" seat, where the passenger seating is positioned higher than the rider section.

Finish

In conclusion, it's only fair to state that almost every element of the Sachs MadAss exhibits "quality."The visually appealing outer appearance of the bike matches perfectly with its complex engineering to provide improved efficiency. It would be a huge disservice to describe it as a significant must-have under a conservative budget.

EndNote

This bike is ideally suited for individuals who have minimal to average physical features. This bike comes with a maximum speed of 32 MPH, which is neither too much nor too less when it comes to the usual standards.
