Description

The Honda CBR250R is one of the sport bikes by the Japanese manufacturer, which comes in several different versions sold all over the world. Although new models have been offered, the original CBR250CC motorcycle still remains at the higher end of the company’s sportbike product range.

A Brief History of the Model

During 2011-2013, the Honda CBR250R was marketed in different countries, and later it was introduced in Malaysia and Japan. Although initially the CBR250CC  bike was intended only for India and Thailand, later it reached many European countries, North America, and other locations. From 2014 to 2015, the machine was not sold in these countries, but later Honda added other versions of the machine known as the CBR300R and CB300F. Both versions of the bike come with a larger engine, but the first one belongs to sportbikes while the other is a standard motorcycle. The two versions hit all of the Honda markets, except for those where CBR250CC was sold.

In 2013, Honda announced its intention to produce the CBR300R bike with larger engine displacement and higher power. It was a response to the Ninja 300 by Kawasaki.

Model Description

The CBR250CC is a lightweight Honda machine that comes with a 249.5cc engine designed for this model as well as the 76.0 x 55.0mm bore/stroke. The design of the Honda motorcycle is similar to the VFR1200F, the seventh generation of the manufacturer’s sport touring bike. One of the most interesting features of the machine was the Y-shaped headlight.

The CBR250CC looks pretty big and has a large seating position. It is not the fastest Honda machine offering 26 bhp at the crank, but you will be able to enjoy pleasure riding and great look. It is a good option for gaining experience in using sports machines. Such elements as gearbox, clutch, and tank are of the usual for the manufacturer quality. Generally, it is a reliable, comfortable, and inexpensive model.
