I was 17 years old at 1980 when I bought my excess 400 special Yamaha all black Brandon Florida I think the cost was $1,895 my dad's fine help me sign for it to get a loan I'll go ahead and got a bell star to full face helmet then I got some gloves black gloves and I got the black jacket I had it for 6 months and I'll let my roommate ride it the car runs the stop sign it wouldn't have said he had time to hit the brakes blow the horn but he hit the car dead in the door and they said he flew over it like Superman it messed him up pretty good but it didn't kill him so insurance didn't pay it off I had to finish paying it off $200 my helmet was a total loss $200 my leather jacket 200 probably gloves and probably 50 they came and got the bike I had pictures of it life went on my daughter's house caught on fire all my pictures everything went up in flames but everybody got out okay tonight I'm looking for my birth certificate can't find it nowhere so I keep looking I come across this little envelope I open it up it's got two negative strips in it and this pictures of my Yamaha that I had took right after I bought it. One of the pictures have me riding the bike down the street with my step brother in the yard and he took the both professional picture I've ever seen out of a little 126 camera because I remember getting it blowed up and as I'm looking at the negative it has to be that picture because I'm too straight up and down my foot's on the peg and I'm wearing the helmet and I also got a picture of my father washing the car and he's passed away now and I had no picture for him either because of the house fire so I'm calling Monday morning and going to get someone to digitally get these pictures up out of these negatives for me I'm this freaking excited
